Our experience in these various profession and fields has led to a passion to minimise wasted engineering hours, over expenditure on repair of ageing devices and assisting passsionate business to reduce their monthly IT costs.
We reduce these costs, by through very transparent business process. We charge each client the same fee for the tools we need to protect you and to provide support, then our engineering charges are for our time. By using NextGeneration Automated monitoring software which reports to our Management and Alert system Autotask PSA. By automating so many of these tasks that used to be performed onsite, you reduce the downtime of engineers onsite, and computers or equipment downtime during maintenance.
We are dependant on our Radiography, Imaging & of course, our Practice Management Programs.
Whether you run Exact or Dental4Windows, Sidexis or Romexis, we will ensure that you are not the middleman having to manage your own IT challenges.
With the need to form this company born out of frustrations of the specific nuances of our industry, a couple of chance events allowed us to form a specialised service, for NZ practices, with a simple approach.

In their own worlds, Jamie & Craig pursued their passions. Working for ISP iHug, and multiple other IT firms, Jamie found his skill set recognised as a Senior Solution Engineer for a Nationwide provider heavily involved with Dental Practices.
Craig, having co-founded DentalontheShore in 2001 had undertaken IT training to deal with the daily challenges posed by running a modern digital dental practice.
